Conditions of carriage

1. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE 2. All prices quoted are for the journey agreed on the invoice. 3. Any pick ups or drop offs not confirmed with the office will be charged at £1.75 per mile there of. 4. An allowance of 20 minutes will be given as free waiting time from the times specified. Any extra waiting time incurred will be charged at £10 per hour or part hour thereof. Exceptions to this condition are airport or seaport trips which will always be charged at the price quoted. 5. Any damage occuring to the vehicle due to the fault of the customer will be charged at normal repair rates. 6. A cleaning charge of £17.50 will be charged for any undue mess (i.e. sickness caused through excessive alcohol). This rule would not apply to any normal travel sickness. 7. No smoking is permitted on our vehicles. If you request it the driver will always pull over to allow you a comfort stop. 8. No alcohol or take away foods are to be consumed on the vehicle. 9. Under no circumstances will the vehicle be used to convey passengers to footballing venues. If the driver suspects that the original booking is not valid and that he is carrying football fans,the vehicle will return to it's departure point. No refund will be made. 10. Payment is required in full two weeks before departure. 11. It is a legal requirement the ALL passengers wear seat belts. 12. Under no circumstances will the vehicle be used to convey passengers under the age of 18 without the appropriate adult supervision.
